Hyundai-dedicated service Centre is 12K.M. South of Damascus
with a total area of 12000-sq. m while the workshop and
storehouses occupy 3000sq. m, the remaining area is reserved
for parking lots and gardens.
The Centre provides all forms of after-sale services,
including P.D.I and warranty services to newly sold cars.
Apart from insuring that all necessary spare-parts are
always available at its Central Warehouse, the Centre
provides 24-hour emergency services with rescue teams who
are always ready to respond to customer's calls for help.
The Centre is run by a number
of specialized engineers who regularly join training courses
at Hyundai’s regional Training Centre in Dubai or at
Hyundai’s plant in Korea.
Besides, the Centre currently employs 60 technicians and
skilled workmen who are steadily provided with the necessary
instruction and practical training on the latest technical
developments pertinent to their day-to-day work.
The “Training Department” at the Centre regularly organizes
in-house theoretical and practical training courses and
lectures for staff members so that they keep abreast with
the latest instructions, technical tips and news from the
manufacturer’s specialists and hi-tech laboratories.
The Centre has a reception
lounge where customers can enjoy drinks and cookies and
watch T.V. and video films while their cars are being duly
cared for and serviced.
Free transportation is available both ways for customers
whose cars need to remain overnight at the Centre.
